A Look Inside EcoWorld’s New London HQ

EcoWorld, a real estate developer that develops luxury homes, recently hired interior design firm Dthree Studio to design their new headquarters in London, England.

“EcoWorld came to Dthree Studio to create a new HQ for their operations within the United Kingdom. Having been split between a small site and large serviced office they wanted to be contained within the same building and create a space that encouraged collaboration and create a sense of identity. The floorplate was designed to encourage movement throughout the space and for the teams to interact with one another at various points, allowing for more agile working practices. The sophisticated colour palette creates a calm atmosphere, conducive to the detail orientated work being carried out by the staff and brings in natural elements, as well as suitable nods to the construction industry through material selection. Feature lighting is prominent throughout to define zones within the open floor plate, creating hubs for small and large teams to meet without the need for occupying private meeting rooms,” says Dthree Studio
